Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, as a solo beautician, cancellations can have a significant impact on the schedule and overall operation of the business. To help us manage our appointments effectively and continue offering high-quality service, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or fail to attend without prior notice, a charge of 50% of the total service cost will apply. This fee helps to cover the lost time and ensures that other clients have the opportunity to book the available slot. An invoice for this charge will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to maintain a fair and efficient booking system for all clients.
